What happens to my car photos after upload?+
When processing is live, uploaded car photos are sent to our servers (or processors we use) only to create your cutout and let you download the result. Guest jobs are kept temporarily for delivery, then deleted on a short retention schedule. We do not sell your images. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Should I blur the license plate?+
Many sellers blur plates for privacy on public marketplaces. If plate blur is available in the tool, use it before sharing widely. You may still need a readable plate for some inspection or transfer steps offline.
Can I use AI backgrounds to hide damage?+
No. Misleading photos can violate marketplace rules and local law. Use cutouts for clarity, not concealment. Always include honest close-ups of wear, accidents, and interior condition.
Are my images used to train public models?+
We do not use your uploads to train public foundation models sold to third parties. Temporary processing copies exist only to run your job and deliver results, then follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need a deletion request.
